Registry duties are included in the price: nothing more to pay at the counter. The registered office is included for 12 months from Business upwards; after the first year it costs €130 a year.
Access to qualified professionals — accountant, lawyer, tax adviser. The professional contract is signed with them; we coordinate and answer for our own part.
And after the formation
A company opens once; the books are kept every month. Prices are monthly, with no long commitment. Monthly accounting: 99 €, 149 €, 249 € a month.

Choose the tax regime for your SRL
The choice depends on turnover and on whether you can keep one contract in place. We lay out both routes before you sign anything.

These figures are the ones in force today and change with each budget law. We confirm the right regime before filing.

How long does formation take?
Between 3 and 7 working days from signing, depending on the registry.
Do I need an electronic signature?
No. Our lawyer files the company under a power of attorney we draft for you. You sign the power of attorney; the electronic signature is the lawyer's job.
How many activity codes can I choose?
One primary code and up to 8 secondary ones. They can be changed later with a registry amendment.
I have nowhere for the registered office.
Pick one of our addresses right in the form, for €130 a year; the contract is generated automatically.
How do you verify my identity?
Online, with a KYC service: you photograph your ID and take a selfie, and the check takes a few minutes. The company bank account you then open yourself, online, for example with Revolut Business.
Who provides the invoicing in the platform?
The invoicing and e-Factura module in Start4 is provided by Contar (contar.ro), the accounting platform: you invoice from your Start4 account and the books stay in the same place.
