Several changes together cost the same as one
If you lodge two or more filings in the same file you pay once — for the dearest one. At the registry it is a single lodgement, and there is no sense in paying for it twice.
In the app you see the saving worked out before you pay.
How it goes
You choose what changes, fill in only the new data, and we draft the documents — amendment deed, updated articles, shareholders' resolution — and lodge them. You get the new documents in your account.
Until lodgement the company's data stays as it was: the change takes effect when the registry records it, not when you ask for it.
How long it takes
Usually less than a formation: the file is shorter and the company already exists. The registry still sets the pace.
