How long it takes
Between 3 and 7 working days from signing. Your part takes minutes: fill in the company data, choose the activity codes and sign. We do the rest.
What stretches the timeline is almost always the same thing: badly chosen activity codes or incomplete office paperwork. That is why we check them before filing.
What you get
The articles of association and every annex, drafted from your data and in two languages. The name reservation. The registration certificate with the tax code and the director's resolution. All in your account, electronically, plus the originals.
What you need to start
A valid identity document, three name options in order of preference, and an idea of what the company will do — we choose the activity codes together.
You do not need a digital certificate: we sign and lodge the file under a power of attorney.
The registry has the final say on the name
The check in the app is indicative: it compares the name against the registry's public data. Real availability is decided by the Trade Registry when it issues the reservation. That is why we ask for three options — if the first is refused we move to the second without having to ask you again.
And after the formation
Accounting is separate and you take it only if you want it:
