How it works

1. Create your account — with Google or with email and password, choosing whether you are a lawyer or an accountant.
2. Fill in your practice details — name, tax code, bar or licence with the registration number, IBAN — and accept the agreement with Start4.
3. Add your services — title, what it includes, how long it takes and the price the client pays.
4. We check and publish — we look at your details and at each service, then they appear to clients.
5. You get the orders — the client pays through Start4, you perform the service and invoice us.

Who can list

Lawyers registered with a bar and licensed accountants or auditors (CECCAR, CAFR), as a legal entity or professional practice. We check the details before listing.

Who the clients are

Entrepreneurs, many from Italy and other EU countries, opening a Romanian SRL through Start4. They need contracts, advice and bookkeeping from the very first month.

What you earn

You set the price and it is what the client pays. Start4 keeps a 10% commission and pays you the rest against your invoice, within 30 days of collection. On a 180 € service you receive 162 €.

What you are liable for

You perform the service, under your own professional liability, directly for the client. Start4 gives no legal or accounting advice: it runs the platform, brings the clients and collects the payment.
