Offer registered offices in your company's spaces
For companies only: you guarantee the address as a registered office, receive the hosted companies' mail and get it to them. If you also have coworking desks, you can offer them for a fee.
How it works
- Create a provider account — with Google or with email and password.
- Fill in your company details — name, tax code, Trade Register number, legal representative and IBAN — and accept the agreement with Start4.
- Add your space — the address, how many companies it can host, how you deliver the mail and, if you have them, the coworking desks.
- Set your price — in lei per year for each hosted company, and in lei per month per coworking desk.
- We check and publish — once checked, the space is shown to Start4 clients.
Who can offer an office
Registered companies only: SRL, SA and the other forms of legal entity. We don't accept private individuals.
What you commit to
- You guarantee the right to use the address as a registered office for the whole term of the clients' contracts
- You receive the hosted companies' mail and, within 2 working days, upload it scanned to the platform and/or email it to the company
- You keep the space available, normally 12 months per company
Coworking, if you have it
You can add coworking desks to a space: how many, the monthly price per desk and what's included. Clients buy them through Start4 too.
Who the clients are
Entrepreneurs, many from Italy and other EU countries, opening a Romanian SRL through Start4. They register their office at your address and carry out no activity there.
What you earn and how you are paid
You set the price. Start4 signs the contract with the company, and we pay you your price against your invoice, within 30 days of collection.
The agreement with Start4
Each office is covered by an agreement with Start4, and Start4 signs the contract with the client's company. You accept it from your account, on behalf of your company, before publishing.
