Registered office in Romania

A legal address for your company, with the agreement that goes straight into the registry file.

What it costs

130 € a year. In the Business package and above the first year is included in the formation price; you pay only from the second year.

The price covers the address, the hosting agreement and mail forwarding. It is not a lease of space: you get no keys and no desk.

What you get

The signed hosting agreement, generated automatically from your company's data and lodged with the file. Mail received at the address reaches you scanned by e-mail within ten working days, and the originals can be collected or sent by courier.

The rule that matters: no activity at the address

No activity is carried on at the registered office. All activity codes are declared as carried on „at third parties” or at working points, and in the declaration on operating conditions the office section is filled in with „no activity”.

You sign that declaration on your own responsibility. If you need somewhere to work you need a working point — a separate filing, and we handle it for you.

Renewal

The agreement runs 12 months. We write to you before it expires. If you neither renew nor move the office, the company is left with its office at an address with no agreement — the situation that leads to a fictitious-office declaration.
